Marisha Thakker is a multidisciplinary strategist and designer who helps ambitious teams cut through complexity and make smarter decisions about innovation and emerging tech.

She holds an LL.M. in Law, Technology & Entrepreneurship from Cornell Tech and an M.Sc. in Strategic Design from Parsons School of Design, where she focused on designing for trust, human-centered systems, and the future of work.

Marisha’s background spans corporate law, product strategy, and organizational change — giving her a unique ability to bridge bold ideas with practical action. She’s worked with everyone from global firms to scrappy startups, always with the same goal: build what matters, ditch what doesn’t.


Marisha founded Spicebox.ai to help leaders cut through the noise around AI. Her work blends clear strategy with bold experimentation — helping teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and build solutions that stick.

Why Spicebox?

Brightly colored turmeric - the smell of roasted cumin and the sizzle of mustard seeds as they skip across hot oil.

Across cultures, every kitchen has some version of a Masala Dabba (spicebox). Every spice within it has its own role to play - bringing flavor to food, and being used as a healer for everything from common colds to heartbreak.

We grew up cooking alongside our families, and the idea of the masala dabba inspired us - something essential, portable and flexible - able to create anything based on the combination of spices.

That is the approach we take to solving problems - bringing together different skillsets to come up with a solution that is effective.
